In the world of higher education, Harbour.Space University takes an unconventional approach by transforming industry leaders into educators. Each master's program is taught through fifteen intensive three-week modules, led by practitioners who run their own successful companies and agencies globally. This created a unique challenge: how do you coordinate a rotating roster of busy professionals while ensuring seamless academic operations? Existing learning management systems weren't designed for such a dynamic model. Our solution was to create a custom platform that not only streamlines faculty coordination but also provides essential tools for syllabus management, attendance tracking, and student feedback. This case study explores how we rebuilt the traditional academic management system from the ground up to match Harbour.Space's innovative teaching model.
